Our events and your ticket

Gather & Glow hosts creative workshops, social gatherings, private events, and partner experiences. An event page identifies the event-specific date, time, venue, price, included materials, age guidance, and any special requirements. Your ticket is a personal, revocable license to attend the named event; it is not ownership of an event or a guarantee that every listed guest, partner, activity, or amenity will be available.

Tickets are sold through Shopify or, for certain partner events, another disclosed platform. The checkout or registration platform’s terms also apply to the transaction it handles. A private-event inquiry is not a reservation; a private event is booked only when both parties accept a written agreement and any required payment is received.

Event information and changes

We may make reasonable changes to an event when needed for safety, venue conditions, weather, instructor, supply, partner, legal, or operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of material changes using the contact information provided at purchase.

Eligibility, minors, and accessibility

Most events are designed for adults and guests age 16 or older unless the event page says otherwise. A parent or legal guardian must purchase for and accompany or authorize a minor as required by the event, venue, or applicable law. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor’s conduct and any required event-specific consent.

We want guests to be able to participate comfortably. If you need an accessibility accommodation, contact us as early as practical before purchasing or attending so we can discuss the event and available options. We cannot guarantee that a partner venue, third-party service, or every craft activity can meet every request, but we will consider reasonable requests in good faith.

Safety, food, and personal property

Creative events can involve tools, materials, crowded spaces, food or drinks, and venues we do not own. Follow host and venue instructions, use materials only as directed, and supervise any minor in your care. Review the event page before attending and tell the host about an immediate safety concern.

Food, drinks, scents, and materials may be supplied by third parties and may involve allergens or other sensitivities. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You are responsible for deciding whether to consume or use anything provided and for safeguarding your personal belongings. Event-specific releases or safety rules may be presented where appropriate and will apply in addition to these Terms.

Tickets, arrival, and conduct

• Tickets are valid only for the named event and may not be resold, used for a commercial promotion, or copied.
• Arrive with enough time to check in.
• We may refuse entry or remove a guest whose conduct is unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive, illegal, or materially inconsistent with event or venue rules.

Photos, feedback, and community content

We or our photographers may capture photographs and video at events for use in Gather & Glow’s website, social media, email, printed materials, and other promotional content. When photography or filming is planned, we will provide notice on the event page, ticketing flow, at the event, or through another clear channel. By purchasing a ticket for, or attending, an event after that notice, an adult guest grants Gather & Glow permission to use the guest’s likeness and voice as captured in candid or group event content, without compensation.

If you do not want to appear in event content, tell the host at check-in or contact us before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate that request and to avoid intentionally capturing or publishing you, but we cannot guarantee that a guest will not appear incidentally in a group or background image. If an image concerns you after publication, contact us and we will review a removal request for channels we control.

We will ask separately before using an identifiable guest’s private message, named review, or testimonial as marketing content, and before using a planned individual portrait as a featured endorsement. A parent or guardian must give separate written permission before we use a minor’s identifiable image, voice, or testimonial in promotional content.

If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it internally to improve the business. Any published testimonial or review will reflect the guest’s honest experience.

Website use and intellectual property

The site, event descriptions, brand assets, photographs, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Gather & Glow and are protected by law. You may use the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the site, its content, ticket links, RSVP links, or any guest information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gather & Glow provides the site and events on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except for promises expressly made in a confirmed purchase or written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site operation or that every event, partner, venue, activity, or amenity will meet every expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gather & Glow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal property arising from the site or an event. Our total liability for a claim related to a ticketed event will not exceed the amount you paid to Gather & Glow for that event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Before filing a claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Pima County, Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you use the site, buy a ticket, or register will apply, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
