Information we collect

• Information you provide. This can include your name, email address, phone number, message, event preferences, guest count, preferred date or venue, and any other information you choose to send through a contact or private-event inquiry.
• Purchase and event information. When you buy a ticket through our checkout provider or register through a partner platform, we may receive or maintain order, ticket, customer, event, check-in, and attendance information needed to run the event and support you.
• RSVP and survey information. We use a unique RSVP or survey link to connect a response to the relevant event and customer record. RSVP responses, post-event feedback, survey answers, and limited technical information such as user agent are kept in our event systems. RSVP response logs may include a salted, one-way hash of an IP address for integrity and abuse prevention; we do not store the raw IP address there.
• Usage and device information. Our site uses an analytics provider and service-provider logs. These may collect cookie or device identifiers, browser and device information, IP-address-derived information, pages visited, referring source, campaign parameters, and interactions with booking or RSVP links.
• Information from partners. A venue, event co-host, ticketing platform, or service provider may provide information needed to operate a jointly offered event, handle a reservation, or resolve a customer request.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and plan private events;
• process and support ticket purchases, payments, registrations, attendance, and customer service;
• send transactional communications such as order confirmations, event details, RSVP reminders, and requested follow-up;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our site, events, and guest experience;
• understand aggregate traffic and booking performance; and
• send marketing only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time through the link in the message.

We do not ask you to include payment-card, health, or other sensitive information in a website inquiry. Please do not submit it through our forms.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:

• checkout, payment, and ticketing providers;
• database, cloud-hosting, delivery, and security providers;
• analytics providers;
• transactional and approved marketing communication providers; and
• event venues, co-hosts, ticketing platforms, and professional advisers when necessary for a specific event, service, legal obligation, or safety issue.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect people or property, to enforce our agreements, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.

Third-party ticketing, partner events, and links

Checkout, ticketing, registration, venue, co-host, social-network, and other linked services have their own privacy practices. Their terms and notices govern information they collect directly. For a partner event, the event page or ticketing flow may identify additional organizers or providers that receive information to operate that event.

Cookies, analytics, and browser choices

We use an analytics provider to understand how visitors use the site and whether event information or booking links are useful. You can control cookies through your browser settings and may use the analytics provider's available controls. Some choices may affect site functionality or measurement.

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting that sends websites a request not to track activity. Our site does not currently change its data collection in response to that browser setting. Analytics and checkout providers may collect information about activity over time and across services under their own policies. If we begin using a configuration that is treated as selling, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will update this notice and provide any required opt-out mechanism before doing so.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described here, including event operations, customer support, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and our ongoing relationship with you. Retention needs vary by the type of record and its purpose. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the information we hold. No internet or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of marketing email at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need information to verify and process your request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some information may need to be retained for a lawful business purpose, such as a completed sale, tax record, safety record, or fraud prevention.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. Most events are intended for ages 16 and up unless an event is clearly labeled otherwise. A parent or legal guardian must make a booking or inquiry for a minor and must provide any required event-specific consent.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the site or another appropriate channel when required by law.
